Leadership Under the Stars Inc is a non-profit organization that has been dedicated to enhancing lives through outdoor experiences since 2016. We offer a variety of services, including counseling, support work, respite care, accommodation, and outdoor activities, all aimed at fostering personal growth, resilience, and community. Our mission is to provide everyone with the opportunity to experience the great outdoors, challenge themselves, and bond with others in a safe and supportive environment. We ensure consistent, high-quality service, allowing group organizers to focus on their program content without administrative concerns. All activities are conducted outdoors to fully immerse participants in nature. Profits are reinvested into expanding our educational and emotional intelligence programs for facilitators, children, young adults, and adults. Our core values—respect, responsibility, strong work ethic, and spiritual-based learning—guide our work. Our dedicated team works tirelessly to create positive, lasting experiences for all participants.
