The Skill Mill

The Skill Mill empowers young ex-offenders by offering six months of paid employment, practical work experience, and accredited training. Participants gain nationally recognized qualifications and valuable skills while addressing environmental challenges in their local areas. By collaborating with contractors and partners, participants contribute to urban green space maintenance, waterway cleaning, flood risk reduction, and river health improvement.
