UNISOAP

UNISOAP is France's first association dedicated to recycling used hotel soap to improve hygiene access for disadvantaged populations. By collecting and repurposing discarded soap from hotels, UNISOAP minimizes waste while addressing critical hygiene needs in underserved communities. The recycled soap is distributed to partner organizations and used in educational programs promoting hygiene awareness. This initiative not only has an environmental impact by reducing landfill waste but also a strong humanitarian focus, aiming to prevent disease and improve health outcomes for those lacking basic hygiene resources. Additionally, UNISOAP contributes socially by collaborating with ESATs (specialized centers employing people with disabilities) to run its recycling operations, fostering job creation and social inclusion.
