Westcare is a not-for-profit organization committed to empowering individuals with disabilities through meaningful employment, tailored training, accommodation, and support services. Established in 1947 by Charles Morgan, Westcare began by assisting returned servicemen with tuberculosis and has since expanded its mission to support people with disabilities across Western Australia. As a registered Australian Disability Enterprise and Social Enterprise, Westcare operates four business divisions: Print & Graphic Art, Industrial Packaging, Food Pack, and Box manufacturing, offering professional services to commercial and government sectors. In each division, Westcare provides tailored training and development, ensuring that every employee has a role suited to their abilities and interests. Beyond employment, Westcare also offers purpose-built accommodation at their village in Shenton Park, providing a supportive and inclusive living environment.
By choosing Westcare’s services, clients support an organization that is dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals with disabilities and fostering greater community inclusion and economic empowerment.
