Their Transformational Ethical Story Telling (TEST) framework shifts the balance of power, enabling story holders to become the creators and directors of their own stories. The Story Holder Fund ensures fair compensation for those who have historically been silenced, allowing their stories to be shared with dignity and respect. Our Race operates on a pay-as-you-feel model, offering pro bono services to small, not-for-profit organizations and social enterprises, and providing free online resources. As a registered charity and member of the Social Enterprise Council of NSW & ACT all profits are reinvested into their mission of advocating for safe, ethical storytelling practices.

Fitzrovia Noir transforms underused buildings and neglected neighborhoods into vibrant spaces for cultural engagement and immersive creative learning. By partnering with regeneration schemes, museums, educational institutions, and local authorities, they bring new life to spaces while fostering public interaction and inclusion. Their projects span diverse locations, from an abandoned factory in Leytonstone to a crumbling 13th-century château in France. At the Aberfeldy Estate in Poplar, Fitzrovia Noir transformed empty retail units into community hubs, including the Tommy Flowers Community Pub and Making Space, and commissioned a mural that became a central community focal point.
