Amplify Bookstore champions diverse reading experiences by providing access to books by Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) authors in Australia. Their curated online collection emphasizes hard-to-source titles, creating an independent alternative to corporate booksellers. Amplify supports eco-friendly practices with carbon-neutral shipping, home-compostable mailers, biodegradable packing materials, and repurposed boxes. They offer preloved books at affordable prices to encourage reuse and sustainability. Through reviews, author interviews, and guest blog posts, they raise awareness and inspire meaningful conversations about diversity and inclusion. As a member of the Social Enterprise Network Victoria (SENVIC), Amplify amplifies marginalized voices while fostering a sense of community and promoting sustainable practices in the book industry. Their mission extends beyond selling books—they seek to connect readers with impactful stories and drive positive change for a more inclusive literary world.
