Its base of organic sesame, sunflower and coconut oils with ghee is infused with organic rosebuds, calendula, chamomile, lavender, neem, sandalwood, cardamom, lemon balm and vanilla bean, with lavender, blue tansy, vanilla and rosemary essential oils. It is meant for abhyanga self-massage: warm the bottle in a mug of hot water, massage the oil in with slow strokes and circular motions, leave it on for up to 20 minutes if time allows, then shower with warm water and clean the shower floor afterwards to avoid slipping. It comes without a pump to cut plastic, in 2 oz, 4 oz and 8 oz sizes.
