More than the sum of its parts This Elvis & Kresse Billfold Wallet is handmade by combining vintage printing blankets and genuine decommissioned fire-hose. The printing blankets are used in the offset print industry and are scrapped as soon as they develop any imperfections. After we re-engineer the material it has a beautiful and tactile matt black finish to it. The fire-hose, previously deployed in active duty for up to 25 years fighting fires around the UK, softens with use but doesn't lose its strength. The wallet is lined with reclaimed military grade parachute silk. Available in red hose with black printing blanket body with or without a coin pocket. If you choose the personalisation option, this is achieved by laser etching directly into the fire-hose. We recommend not more than 20 characters. The font used is Times New roman.

The range includes crossbody bags, totes, backpacks, briefcases and wash bags for women and men. The brand is built on three pillars: rescue, transform and donate. It gives 50 percent of its profits to charity, including the Fire Fighters Charity. In 2021 it moved its operations to a farm in Kent to work regeneratively. There it built a straw bale workshop powered by renewables, created a wetland system to treat its own wastewater and is setting up a vineyard that prioritises soil and biodiversity.
