It is owned by Jess, who lives in Brisbane, and orders ship from the brand's Brisbane studio. The collection is made in Australia, Fiji and India. The brand uses certified organic and fair trade cotton, and it says all of its products are vegan. It produces in small, slow runs so that it makes only what customers want, which helps cut textile waste. It often allows about twice the industry's usual time to fill orders so that sewers are not rushed. Its factory holds GOTS, WRAP and Oeko-Tex certifications, and its fabric is certified to GOTS, Fairtrade and Oeko-Tex.
