Carbon180 was founded in 2015 with a vision that initially seemed improbable: removing carbon from the atmosphere on a gigaton scale. At that time, such an ambitious goal appeared far-fetched. However, through innovation and determination, Carbon180 has turned this vision into a burgeoning reality. Today, the field of carbon removal has expanded significantly, with gigaton-scale solutions becoming increasingly viable. Carbon180 is proud to be a leader in this fast-evolving sector, driving progress and advancements in large-scale carbon capture and removal technologies. Our work is focused on accelerating the development and deployment of effective carbon removal solutions, contributing to global efforts to combat climate change. By pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, Carbon180 is shaping the future of climate action and demonstrating that transformative change is within reach.
