Chargeway is a comprehensive software platform, mobile app, and communication solution designed to enhance the electric vehicle (EV) customer experience by simplifying the charging process. By using a clear and intuitive color and number system, Chargeway helps both industry stakeholders and consumers easily identify and understand various charging plug and power options. This innovation makes the process of "electric fuel" as simple as fueling a traditional internal combustion engine vehicle. Chargeway is central to a broad coalition within the electric car industry, involving electric utilities, auto dealerships, automakers, charging networks, and government entities. Together, they have developed a communication strategy that demystifies EV charging for mainstream consumers, ensuring it is as easy to comprehend as buying gas. By bridging the gap between industry complexities and consumer understanding, Chargeway plays a key role in accelerating the adoption of electric vehicles.
