The fluoride comes from sodium monofluorophosphate (0.14% w/w fluoride ion), alongside calcium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, xylitol, zinc citrate, menthol and a coconut-based foaming agent. The formula contains no SLS, parabens, dyes or artificial flavours, and the dry tablets are easy to travel with.
