Method and technique
We repurpose agro-waste to create a value chain to find alternatives for Single-Use Plastic. Formulating alternatives for plastic packaging using green chemistry with 100% bio-based materials.
Use More Natural Materials: Companies can shift towards sustainable packaging by utilizing plant-based substances like seaweed, mushrooms, food waste, and cornstarch, ensuring biodegradability and compostability.
Reduce Excess Packaging: Rethinking packaging techniques to minimize waste is crucial. This can involve altering the shape, size, and design of products to reduce the need for bulky packaging without compromising product quality.
Create Reusable Packaging: Developing packaging that consumers can reuse is another effective strategy. This includes selling products in containers that customers can refill or repurpose, reducing the need for single-use packaging.
Reduce Energy Consumption: Enhancing sustainability also involves reducing unnecessary energy consumption in the production line. This can be achieved by investing in better equipment and optimizing energy use throughout manufacturing processes.
