The brand says they are handcrafted with no preservatives and no maida. They can be steamed in a lightly oiled steamer or idli maker for 7 to 8 minutes, pan-fried by heating for a minute, adding 2 tablespoons of water and cooking covered for 6 to 7 minutes, or brushed with oil and air-fried at 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes, shaking halfway for even cooking. Keep them frozen at all times.
