The garments are made in Portugal from GOTS-certified organic cotton. The brand also runs an upcycling atelier that turns fabric scraps into one-off designs. It delivers local orders by bike and opens a showroom in Aschaffenburg. The brand began in Berlin. The founders first made merchandise, then changed direction to focus on clothing produced with care for the environment. DIRTS has since grown into a company with employees.
