Pecos Wind Power is a renewable energy company dedicated to advancing distributed wind energy solutions. Their flagship product, the PW85 turbine, is an 85-kilowatt horizontal-axis wind turbine designed to generate cost-effective, clean electricity for utilities, businesses, agricultural facilities, schools, and military sites. Optimized for low wind speed performance, the PW85 operates efficiently even in regions with moderate wind conditions, expanding access to wind energy. A key feature of the PW85 is its prefabricated foundation, which significantly reduces installation time from 34 days to under a week. The company has received funding from the U.S. Department of Energy to develop and test its innovative turbines, demonstrating their reliability and affordability. With flexible financing options, Pecos Wind Power helps organizations reduce energy costs while contributing to a cleaner, more sustainable future.
