AguaClara Reach is dedicated to ensuring global access to safe drinking water through innovative design, education, and partnerships. Originating in 2005 as a student-led research initiative at Cornell University, AguaClara focuses on affordable, sustainable, and gravity-powered water treatment technologies tailored for resource-limited communities. Their open-source designs require no electricity, use locally available materials, and prioritize simplicity, low costs, and long-term maintenance.
