AMENDI, founded in 2020, is a contemporary denim brand committed to creating a more sustainable textile industry. Their philosophy centers on fostering a close relationship with customers to extend the life cycle of each garment. Rather than focusing on eco-friendly jargon, AMENDI prioritizes transparency across the entire supply chain, aiming to become the most transparent denim brand in the world. This is achieved through traceability and the inclusion of a “fabrication facts” tag attached to each garment, providing essential information about the production process and suppliers involved. AMENDI believes that the most sustainable jeans are the ones worn repeatedly over a long period and eventually recycled into new fibers. By combining great style with sustainable practices, AMENDI demonstrates that ethical fashion and modern style can coexist, making a positive impact on the planet while delivering long-lasting, high-quality products.

Methods and Techniques
Fabrication Facts Tag: AMENDI pioneered a physical tag attached to every garment that functions like a "nutrition label" for clothing. It breaks down the exact cost of the item (materials, labor, transport, markup) and its environmental impact, offering radical transparency to the consumer.
Eco-Washing Technology: To achieve the "worn-in" look without the toxic waste of traditional denim, they utilize Laser Technology to burn patterns onto the fabric and Ozone Washing (using gas instead of water) to bleach the denim. These methods use virtually no water and eliminate hazardous chemicals like potassium permanganate.
Nanobubble E-Flow: They employ Jeanologia’s E-Flow technology, which uses "nanobubbles" of air to transport chemicals onto the garment. This creates a fine mist that settles on the fabric, requiring 95% less water than traditional soaking vats.
Seed-to-Sew Traceability: Their supply chain is fully mapped. They do not just know their factory; they track the cotton back to the specific farms (often in Turkey) and the weaving mills, ensuring that their GOTS-certified organic cotton is authentic and ethically harvested.
Upcycled Deadstock: For limited runs, they utilize "deadstock" fabrics—leftover rolls of denim from other luxury brands that would otherwise be sent to landfills—giving high-quality waste a second life.
