Bambrew sources bamboo from sustainably managed forest.The harvested bamboo is cleaned to remove dirt and impurities. It is then cut into smaller pieces suitable for further processing.Bamboo pieces are processed into pulp. This can involve mechanical or chemical pulping methods to break down the fibers while retaining their natural strength and flexibility.The bamboo pulp is refined to enhance fiber quality. This involves removing any remaining impurities and achieving the desired fiber consistency. The refined bamboo fibers are molded or shaped into the desired products. The formed products are dried to remove any residual moisture, which ensures durability and prevents mold growth.
