Bright Endeavors is a social enterprise that empowers young mothers facing systemic barriers in Chicago and the western suburbs by providing transitional job training and professional skill development. The 16-week paid program builds core life skills and career skills through integrated classroom training, coaching, and hands-on job experience. Participants produce premium candles made from soy wax and phthalate-free fragrances, using responsible materials like recycled glass and biodegradable packing materials.
