One Million Leaders Africa (OMLA) is a transformative youth leadership initiative dedicated to empowering young Africans with the skills, mindset, and networks needed to drive sustainable change in their communities. Established in 2020, OMLA identifies promising young leaders across Africa and provides them with intensive training in leadership, social entrepreneurship, and community development through its flagship OMLA Fellowship. The fellowship follows a multiplier model, where selected Fellows mentor hundreds of “Stars” and “Starlets,” creating a ripple effect of positive social impact. Beyond leadership training, OMLA equips youth with practical tools to design and implement innovative solutions for challenges such as climate change, food security, education, and waste management. The organization emphasizes core values such as integrity, accountability, sustainability, and teamwork. By fostering a network of socially responsible leaders, OMLA envisions an Africa where empowered youth catalyze long-term community transformation, economic growth, and environmental stewardship across the continent.

These initiatives address local challenges such as education gaps, climate change, and food security, providing real-world problem-solving experience while creating tangible benefits for communities.
4.Bootcamps and Workshops: OMLA organizes skill-building bootcamps and workshops on topics like sustainability, innovation, entrepreneurship, and civic engagement. These sessions combine theory with practice, enabling participants to develop hands-on skills, collaborative abilities, and solutions-focused mindsets for long-term impact.
