When she isn’t practising or teaching Yoga you can find her dancing, cooking or baking. She is a certified Motor Skills Learning Coach and incorporates a mix of meditation, mobility and yoga asanas in her classes. She offers group and private classes, including a unique “Kids Yoga Through Storytelling” 30-minute session. Duration: 60 minutes per class (group); Kids classes 30 minutes. Private sessions priced at Rs.950 per session. Platforms: Zoom & Facetime.
