TopHat Discovery is a social enterprise dedicated to promoting personal and professional development through coaching and leadership training. They offer four core services: personalized coaching, leadership development programs, organizational change facilitation, and a club for coaches to refine their skills. Their approach combines engaging, accessible techniques with what they call "deadly-serious fun," fostering a non-judgmental space where individuals, teams, and organizations can reflect on strengths, set goals, and implement meaningful changes. What sets TopHat apart is their commitment to social impact. All surplus revenue is reinvested to support smaller organizations and individuals who may not otherwise have access to coaching and training. This ensures that their transformative services contribute to broader community growth and equity. Through co-creation and innovative coaching practices, TopHat Discovery empowers people and organizations to make a lasting difference.
