The retailer says the beans come from shade-grown plantations in South India and are freshly roasted in small batches and packed straight away. To brew, add 3 teaspoons to the upper chamber of a filter, pour in 70ml of hot water, cover and leave for 15 minutes, then mix 40ml of the decoction with 80ml of hot milk and sugar to taste. The retailer says it is best enjoyed with milk and is not ideal for espresso machines. Store it airtight, away from light, heat and moisture, and do not refrigerate.
