Dream Team Magnesium

Dream Team Magnesium is a tart cherry flavoured drink powder from HUM Nutrition that combines 325 mg of magnesium bisglycinate, a chelated form of magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine, with L-theanine, an amino acid found in green tea, and tart cherry. It contains no melatonin. Mix one heaping teaspoon into 6 fluid ounces of water and drink it when you want to unwind; HUM says it can be taken at any time of day, though many people make it part of their evening routine. The brand notes that magnesium bisglycinate is a form that is gentle on the stomach. It is vegan. HUM says its formulas are gluten-free and non-GMO, contain no artificial colours, sweeteners, flavours or preservatives, and are made without titanium dioxide, hydrogenated oils, high fructose corn syrup or EDTA, in facilities that follow FDA-required GMP standards.
