Fair Anita is a social enterprise founded in 2015, dedicated to empowering women artisans globally by selling fair trade jewelry and accessories. The company partners with over 8,000 talented yet marginalized women in 16 countries, providing them with economic opportunities and promoting their economic independence1. Fair Anita's mission is to create a more inclusive economy for women by offering stylish, affordable, and thoughtfully-sourced products. By investing in changemakers and centering artisans throughout every part of the process, Fair Anita challenges norms within the fashion industry and creates supply chains in the most ethical way possible2. The company goes beyond fair wages, investing in the individuals who breathe life into each of their products. Fair Anita was inspired by a social worker in Chimbote, Peru, Senora Anita, who taught the founder about economic development and the power of agency2. Through their work, Fair Anita aims to build a more equitable global trade system and create positive change in the world.

Its people score is Good, although there is no evidence of living wages. Its animals score is It's a Start: the brand uses leather, wool, cashmere and alpaca, and Good On You says it has not verified the mulesing-free policy.
Earthkind
Multi-brand retailer selling Good/Great brands:
Earthkind is an online marketplace that sells sustainable and ethically made clothing and accessories from many labels. Its range includes tops, dresses, knitwear, activewear and accessories from brands such as Boyish Jeans, terrae and COSSAC. Its aim is to make sustainable fashion normal without giving up on style. Earthkind picks the brands it stocks by hand. It tags products by values such as organic, fair labour, vegan, recycled, artisanal, non-toxic, zero waste and supply chain transparency. Shoppers can use these tags to find items that match their priorities. The platform also reminds people that the clothes already in their wardrobe are the most sustainable option. For each order, Earthkind plants a tree through One Tree Planted in countries including the Philippines, Indonesia, India and Vietnam. It is a 1% for the Planet member. It says it removes unnecessary packaging and uses recycled materials for the packaging it keeps, and it lists carbon neutrality as a goal.
