Flatter Me Fiber GLP-1 Booster Pineapple Passion Fruit

Flatter Me Fiber in Pineapple Passion Fruit is a powdered drink mix from HUM Nutrition that combines 10 g of prebiotic fiber per serving with the brand's Flatter Me blend of 18 digestive enzymes, including proteases, bromelain, papain, lipase, amylase and lactase, plus ginger, peppermint leaf and fennel seed. Mix 4 teaspoons into 16 ounces of water and drink it with a meal; HUM suggests breakfast or lunch. It comes in 10 or 30 servings, and HUM notes that the Strawberry Lemon, Pineapple Passion Fruit, Peach Iced Tea and Unflavored versions share the same actives. The mix is vegan. HUM says its formulas are gluten-free and non-GMO, contain no artificial colours, sweeteners, flavours or preservatives, and are made without titanium dioxide, hydrogenated oils, high fructose corn syrup or EDTA, in facilities that follow FDA-required GMP standards. HUM recommends checking with a doctor before using it alongside prescription medication.
