VeganDay's Oat Coffee Premix is an instant vegan cappuccino that, according to the brand, is creamy and full-flavoured while dairy-free, now with no added sugar and sweetened with monk fruit. The listed ingredients are a non-dairy creamer of oat extract and coconut fat, prebiotic dietary fibre, coffee powder sourced from farms in Karnataka, pea protein isolate, sunflower lecithin, salt, nature-identical flavour and monk fruit sweetener. Empty a single-serve pouch, or one scoop from the bulk pack, into a cup with 125ml of hot water and stir; for a cold coffee, dissolve it in hot water first, then add ice. It comes as 5 single serves, a bulk pack making 15 cups, or two bulk packs making 30 cups, with a shelf life of 9 months from manufacture.
