Oatman Farms, a fourth-generation family farm in Arizona, is dedicated to creating regenerative food, farming, and business models tailored for hot and dry climates. They cultivate ancient heritage grains with low water requirements, employing traditional knowledge alongside cutting-edge agroecological principles to restore soil fertility, replenish water resources, and enhance soil carbon sequestration. Their food company produces regenerative organic baking mixes, including sourdough bread and pancake mixes made from freshly stone-milled wheat varieties. Oatman Farms donates mixes to local food shelters and collaborates with other farms, companies, and organizations on water conservation, land stewardship, and developing a local grain economy. They are the first Regenerative Organic Certified farm in the American Southwest and a Certified Artisan of the UNESCO Designated Tucson City of Gastronomy.
