Soy Milk Base

VeganDay Soy Milk Base is a powder you blend with water at home to make fresh soy milk, which the brand pitches as an alternative to pre-packed plant milks that are more than 90% water. Add one scoop, or two to three teaspoons, per glass of water and blend for 60 seconds in a mixer-grinder or with a hand blender, using less water for thicker milk. The ingredients are soy milk powder, pea protein isolate, sunflower oil, sunflower lecithin, di sodium phosphate, natural vanilla flavour and vitamins D and B12, with no added sugar, preservatives or colours according to the brand. It is sold in 1L, 3L and 6L packs. Unopened packs are shelf-stable for 6 months; opened jars and 6L pouches should be used within 60 days, and prepared milk refrigerated and used within 3 to 4 days.
