Connection Crew provides talented and skilled teams to tackle complex production challenges in industries including film, television, theater, festivals, events, construction, and facilities management. Alongside their expertise in crewing services, they are dedicated to creating meaningful employment opportunities for individuals affected by homelessness. Partnering with charities, Connection Crew identifies people at risk or with lived experience of homelessness, offering them training, mentoring, and employment pathways to build sustainable futures. Their commitment extends to environmental sustainability, as they actively track their carbon footprint, pursue net zero targets, and offset their emissions through the albert Creative Offset scheme in partnership with Ecologi. Connection Crew operates as a Community Interest Company (CIC), is an accredited Living Wage Employer, and is a proud member of Social Enterprise UK.
