The South Australian Social Enterprise Council (SASEC) is an independent, non-political peak body that represents and supports social enterprises across South Australia. SASEC plays a pivotal role in building a vibrant and sustainable social enterprise sector by advocating for the interests of its members and fostering relationships with government and other stakeholders to improve social outcomes. The organization works to shape policy agendas, promote the value of social enterprises, and drive systemic change that benefits the sector. By fostering collaboration, encouraging investment, and providing resources for growth, SASEC helps social enterprises build sustainable futures. Additionally, the Council provides a platform for social enterprises to partner with businesses, government, and the broader community. As part of the Australian Social Enterprise Network of Australia (ASENA), SASEC is proud to contribute to a national movement supporting social impact and economic development across Australia.
