The Baking Bunch is a developing social enterprise dedicated to empowering young people with disabilities. By providing training, mentorship, and real-world work experience, we support young individuals to learn valuable skills, grow in confidence, and contribute to their communities. Our focus is on creating an inclusive environment where participants can belong and thrive. Through hands-on baking activities, we help these young individuals gain meaningful employment opportunities, develop independence, and build life skills. In addition to baking, our approach includes fostering social connections and a sense of purpose, which is essential for personal growth and success. As a social enterprise, we also give back to the community, promoting social inclusion and reducing barriers to employment for people with disabilities. The Baking Bunch is committed to providing a supportive space where young people can achieve their goals and find purpose through work and belonging.
