Peperomia verschaffeltii, the sweetheart peperomia, has deeply recurved oval leaves with silvery highlights between ochre veins. The leaves overlap like shingles in upright rosettes and are held on red-speckled petioles. Jiffy Plants sells it as a bushy plant and recommends partial shade, a peat moss based mix and medium watering. The seller warns that the potting mix must be porous and drain perfectly, as the plant rots easily.
